Job Overview

This position will be responsible to reduce the handling cost, manage domestic handling & office space agreements with various GHAs & operators and to manage overseas GSA/ GHA agreements. This role entails preparing and monitoring Invoices & SLAs of GHA/ GSA/ vendors. The holder of this position needs to prepare budgetary reports and analyze expenditure.


Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively supervise the activities of the Customer Services team to achieve smooth daily operations at station
  • Responsible for ensuring the sales, handling and operations of international and national flights from the stations. Monitoring the agreements & SLAs of ground handling, cargo terminal/ warehouse operator, documentation and maintaining checks of all matters related to airport operations on a daily basis
  • Implementing all the procedures with local and overseas authorities for smooth operations
  • Responsible to make timely payment to cargo terminal/ warehouse operator
  • Follow up with all regulated and airport agencies
  • Should be familiar with handling all types of cargo and the handling of import and export procedures
  • Collect information, data and prepare reports as required
  • Assist the Head- Cargo in day-to-day admin matters
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by his/ her superiors

Work Experience
  • Minimum 5-6 years of overall work experience with 3-4 years of experience in cargo
