Job Overview
To oversee & guide the team on all aspects of Vistara operations during the shift & ensure operational activities remain on time in compliance to laid down SOPs and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring On Time Performance and recovery from irregular operations
- Build a motivational communication that energizes the best strategies and leads to the final goal
- Providing directions, support and guideline to a team and monitoring their performance to ensure efficient resolution of complaint through correspondence and coordination
- Leading, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations
- Working in coordination with flight dispatch, engineering, commercial, corporate communication, revenue, network planning department, etc
- Liaising with software representative for any modification requirements
- Conducting daily/weekly analysis of OTP trend analysis and preparing performance reports
- Monitoring the preparation of routing and delay plans of flights in case of NOTAMS/WATCH HOURS in coordination with crew rostering and flight dispatch
- Responsible for Team Roster and manage staff leave requirements

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Good instructional skills
Work Experience
- At least 10 Years in Aviation Industry with 6 years in OCC
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university
