Job Overview

To facilitate deliverables pertaining to Training Support & Compliance in a seamless manner and in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, issuance, revisions, distribution, implementation & compliance of Operations Training Manual
  • Issuance, revisions, distribution & compliance of training support manual DPM, FIM, and training forms
  • Systems upkeep towards Flight Crew training, qualification, and renewal
  • Audit of internal processes which includes documentation, record upkeep and system database.
  • Regulatory and Financial audits
  • Project Management
  • Work in coordination with FSD, DGCA towards Trainer Upgrades & renewals. Operations Training Manual edition, revision approval
  • Training Facility approvals & agreements
  • Work towards automation of processes, system enhancements
  • Monthly review of credit and simulator usage, pending invoices, regulatory approvals
  • Any other assignments from Reporting Manager/VP-Training

Work Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation industry
  • Conversant with working of eGCA/ARMS
