Job Overview

Take charge of the shift to ensure all aircraft arriving at the station are cleaned as per defined standard. Coordinate closely with GHA team to provide services as per agreed SOP and ensure SLA are adhered. Inspect material used by GHA for cleaning the aircraft cabin, check the quality of cleanliness in detail and maintain records of cabin status. Coordinate with different departments for operational requirements. Motivate and train the GHA team from time to time to ensure service quality is maintained. Maintain record of audited aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible to manage the Cabin Appearance activities at operational level to deliver exceptional cabin services
  • Monitoring quality standards of GHA performance on turnaround and Night Halt aircraft through daily audits
  • Maintain highest standards of presentation and cleanliness by monitoring SLA and training GHA personnel. This will include ensuring safety and security remain the highest priority
  • Will co-ordinate with relevant internal stakeholders like Cabin Maintenance, Ground Services, Security & Cabin Services on operational level to be able to meet Tata Sia standards always
  • Will coordinate with external stakeholders like GHA and Laundry or any other service providers
  • Should have experience of dealing with Airside/Ramp Operations, Customer relations and should have a sound knowledge of Aircraft type and interiors
  • Should have a keen eye for detail to capture the cleanliness as well as grooming requirements during audits
  • Should be able to create audit reports, training reports and incidence reports
  • Highlight product issues and help enhance and upgrade standards
  • Coordinate closely with the Asst Manager or Manager on operational front and trainings
  • Be able to cope up and meet with fluctuation or changes in operational requirements

  • Ability to work independently in shift as well as with team.
  • Should have demonstrated in current role a good track record and strong understanding of SOP & SLA
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience within the Airline, Airport or Ground Handling industry


  • Graduate from a recognized university
