Job Overview

The Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance is responsible for implementation and maintenance of effective Quality Management System in accordance with National and International Civil Aviation Regulations and aviation best practices. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager- Crisis Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor that the Quality System is properly documented, implemented, and maintained
  • Monitor compliance with, and the adequacy of, procedures based on regulatory requirements, IOSA requirements and Company Requirements
  • Monitor and update all audit checklists in accordance with latest National and International Civil Aviation Regulations
  • Report application and functioning of the Quality System to Sr. Manager Quality Assurance and Crisis Management, to ensure that corrective actions are both identified and promptly addressed
  • Liaise with operational divisions for audit planning, execution and follow up
  • Update SOP for Quality Management System
  • To assist Sr. Manager- Crisis Management to organize Quality Management review with Sr. Management
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Chief of Flight Safety / Deputy Chief of Flight Safety

Skills/ Attributes

  • Self-starter with a drive for results
  • Hands on experience of MS excel/ MS Word, presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player with customer focus
  • Good time management skills & ability to work under pressure
  • Good understanding of aviation regulations specifically CAR

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Aviation out of which minimum 2 years with Safety / Quality functions with a scheduled Airline


  • Graduate from a recognized University
  • Engineering Diploma /AME Course is preferred
