Sr. Operations Controller

Job Overview

Senior Operations Controller – This role is responsible to support shift with monitoring of flights and change the aircraft rotation to minimize consequential impact if required. Also review all the operations data daily for appropriate data analysis and prior to reflecting the same to the management. This role also include task related to create database and document controlling.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor aircraft movement and report significant matters
• Disseminate relevant information to stakeholders
• Coordinate and work with IOCC stakeholders for effective execution of decisions
• Ensure to keep the department operational system updated with current information not limited to timings
• Capturing data into OCC operating systems to get final operational reports
• Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies
• Monitoring and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies
• Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed
• Assist with conduct of internal audits including BCP review within IOCC
• Preparation and coordination of controlled documentation within IOCC (i.e., Manuals, DPM, Forms, Circulars and Publication) to ensure standardization
• Ensure that documents are produced to the highest quality standards considering human factors principles in coordination with Document Owner to provide user-friendly and effective documentation
• All other duties as assigned by the reporting manager

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Preferred 2 years of relevant experience in aviation/Data Analytics

Qualification

• Graduate from a recognized university
