Job Overview

The person will be responsible for gathering of relevant project data/requirements and help business create BRDs, follow the procurement processes for floating RFPs. Execute and Track the projects and ensure on-time delivery within the budget. Track SLAs and manage the vendors. Participate in the Digital strategy, research and bring in new technologies. Look into integration opportunities to facilitate operational excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of integration of the Flight OPS operational system with other COTS. applications and third-party systems relevant for operations
  • Using functional expertise for Investigation of L2 level technical issues and coordination with Product Vendor
  • Setup and Configuration of new modules and mobile native applications
  • Coordinate with business users for understanding and providing technical solutions
  • Participate in CAB and coordinate with Infrastructure team to get network and server level requirements for application setup and maintenance
  • Coordination with Product vendor for issues/bugs fixes and implementation of fixes provided
  • SOA Integration design for applications
  • Designed a database approach for multi-phase cutover
  • Using functional expertise to create business requirements in coordination with business users

Skills & Attributes

  • Well versed with knowledge of Airline operational system such as Flight Planning, crew scheduling etc.
  • Knowledge for ADFS integration / SFTP / MQ / VPNs / Cloud Services
  • Versed with SITA technologies like TYPE B messaging, ACARS and System like ARMS etc.
  • NET Framework (using C# )

    • Web Service
    • WebAPI
    • Windows Service
    • Console App
  • Integration with ADFS, WSO2 API Gateway
  • Good time management skills & ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Project Management - Ability to manage multiple projects & deadline

Work Experience

  • 5-8 years of total experience

Qualification

  • Graduate from recognized university
  • Diploma (Preferably in Engineering) with good analytical skills is preferred
