Job Overview

The individual will be responsible for the performance of scheduled and unscheduled tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting end to end monthly book closing & preparation of monthly financial statements (as per IND-AS) and MIS report, ensuring completeness of revenue and cost bookings, analyzing month on month variances across the P&L items, performing GL & vendor scrutiny, ensuring booking and reversal of provisions and recording JV’s during month end closing
  • Preparation of Financials for International locations and liaise with consultants, internal divisions to ensure closure of tasks
  • Well versed with IND AS and their application in preparing Financial notes to accounts including regulatory changes being notified
  • Managing day to day finance & accounting activities like cost center/fund center creation, performing monthly account reconciliations, preparation of schedules and performing monthly variance analysis against budget, forecasts, prior period actuals and key business drivers
  • Assist in providing accurate and timely financial information and related reports that are used by both internal and external stakeholders
  • Disclosure requirements of Related Party Transactions for holding & related entities
  • Support in the preparation of documents for Audit Committee from time to time
  • Liaison with statutory auditors to ensure smooth annual closing process. Responsible for coordination & closure of key audit observations
  • Extend general assistance for presentations, workshops, or meetings, prepared notes/Minutes if required and followed up

Skills & Attributes

  • Good communication & effective liaising skills
  • Good standard of computer literacy (MS office applications) & SAP

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years

Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant
