Job Overview

To manage the administrative operation & preparation & presentation of monthly information of Hub Operations to the management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly MIS presentation of MHB, NPS, Customer Complaints and Compliments, etc. to department Head/Airports
  • Maintain a tracker for regulatory documentation & invoices
  • Coordinate and follow-up with various departments and internal / external agencies for smooth functioning and flow for any adhoc requirement at stations 
  • Compiling the various reports according to departmental requirements
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to order and dispatch stationery at airports within the agreed timeframe
  • Looking after the various issues at all the Airports and dealing with the agencies that are involved with the said issues and corresponding with them on a one-to-one basis to resolve the issue amicably
  • Responsible for all the invoice processing, follow up with airport and vendors for any documents required by Finance, payment follow up, submission after vetting and get the approved by Head of department, update the vendor for the queries related to payment and tax
  • Coordination and Liaison with various department relates to query and assistance
  • Identify any problems or shortfalls that might affect future operations, taking timely action to resolve the problems
  • Additional responsibilities pertaining to billing & making purchase orders as laid down by departmental managers

To Monitor

  • Timely checking and auditing of billing & invoices received from various stations

To Assist

  • Departmental Managers in compiling various reports, MIS & data related to GS department

Skills & Attributes

  • Must be a Self-Starter and should be able to do multi-tasking
  • Should possess organizational, time management skills
  • Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must have advance MS office skill and Power Point presentation knowledge
  • Additional knowledge of MIS, PIVOT, PPT, Visual Basics for Applications (VBA), MACRO is a bonus

Work Experience

  • Minimum 02 Years of experience in MIS & data crunching


  • Graduate from a recognized university
