Job Overview

This is a talent management & OD role. The holder of this position will be responsible to manage Performance Management Process (PMP) & its associated activities, career milestone courses, culture building initiatives & identified organisation change / development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, launch & manage different phases of Annual Performance Management process viz – Goal setting, mid-term appraisal and annual appraisal
  • Ensure user & stakeholder education & build their capabilities towards establishing a performance driven culture & effective implementation of PMP
  • Manage the performance management tool & configure changes in it as needed. Ensure health & cleanliness of the tool
  • Partner for implementation / success of other PMP processes in the organisation like CC Performance Management process
  • Interacting with business stakeholders to identify the learning needs around career milestone courses
  • Carry our vendor evaluations & hire the right vendor for milestone courses
  • Work with the vendor & the business to design career milestone courses & incorporate the right learning architecture
  • Drive nominations to ensure maximum utilization of career milestone courses; ensure the intended audience goes through these courses.
  • Facilitate different learning interventions from time to time
  • Work with business stakeholders / partners to create digital learning content as may be needed
  • Conceptualize, design, launch & manage different culture building initiatives in line with the organisation’s culture credo
  • Conceptualize, design, launch & manage different organisation development & change management initiatives as required from time to time

Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge & skills around performance management philosophies, methodologies & processes
  • Hands on admin skills on performance management tool like SF PMGM
  • Learning needs identification / learning diagnostic skills.
  • Instructional design, learning content creation skills.
  • Vendor and Project Management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Power-point - a must.
  • Understanding of culture building & change management process. Hands on experience of having worked upon such initiatives would be an added advantage
  • Stand up presentation / facilitation skills.
  • Digital acumen, ability to work on ERP like packages like LMS, mobile learning platforms.
  • Quantitative & analytical ability

  • Execution rigor & attention to details
  • Ability to handle conflicting requirements from different stakeholders and create win win outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel – though frequent travel would not be required

Work Experience

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience


  • Graduate from a recognized university
  • Post-graduation in business management, business sciences, psychology / sociology
  • Relevant professional certifications would be an added advantage
