Job Overview

The incumbent needs to work closely with the HRBPs to support them in their day-to-day operations in managing employee connects & follow-ups and other engagement/operational activities at division level. He/ she also supports in maintaining daily HRBP reports and dashboards.

He/she also supports in planning and execution of various engagement activities/event at Organisation Level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extend support to the HRBP:
  • In partnering with the division to drive a people agenda/ planning which underpins and supports the delivery of the business goals and drives employee engagement
  • In implementing the HR guidelines, processes, engagement framework in the business
  • In supporting managers on employee issues and HR issues in line with company policies
  • Collate benchmarks periodically where applicable and maintain reports & dashboards. Support the development and continuous improvement of HR systems & policies in line with best practices
  • Build strong business relationship through regular HR connects and other engagement avenues
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives which further enhances productivity and engagement of employees
  • Partner with other roles within and outside HR Teams for grievance/query resolution
  • Driving end to end planning and execution of engagement activities/events at organisation level

Skills & Attributes

  • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Event Management Skills

Work Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role
  • Aviation background is preferred


  • Graduate from a recognized university (post graduate preferred)
