Job Overview

Understanding of Project Management cycle, performing project management duties to support the completion of projects, coordinating with other departments to follow up documents and other necessary items for the project are arranged, overseeing the cost and budget for the project, and ensuring the team completes the project on time. Well versed with Microsoft office specially in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to solve problems and ability communicate effectively with at all levels.

Ensure adherence to organisational policies, procedures, quality, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management - Review contracts/ agreements to capture validity and proactive support for extensions or selection
  • Airlines knowledge –Basic knowledge of airline culture
  • Project Management Tool– like, MS Project
  • Project Management – End to end tracking of projects
  • Audit – Manage data and share as per audit requirements
  • Training and Awareness – Analytical capabilities to create meaningful report from Projects & Spend
  •  Dashboard – Dashboard for manager view for any update
  • Project Reports - Evaluate and prepare Weekly & Monthly reports, for presenting to senior management

Work Experience
