Asst. Manager - Loyalty Partnership

Job Overview

The role involves managing a strong relationship with loyalty partners with focus on banking partners. Also, designing and managing strategic marketing campaigns targeted towards increasing revenue and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate Loyalty partnerships with banks to generate revenue, acquire new customers and gain strong foothold in the market
• Create plans and business cases for loyalty partnerships
• Execute partnership agreements at the direction of the reporting manager
• Identify and initiate relationships with key partners and prepare account management plans for each partner
• Assisting in monthly marketing plan for partnerships and managing a strong relationship with clients with effective ROI
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to define Account plans for each third-party relationship
• Establish and maintain account plans for a select pool of partners as it relates to the performance objectives of the Loyalty & Partnerships team and wider Vistara business goals
• Champion key initiatives and projects with partners from initiation to execution
• Drive problem resolution with internal resources as well as the partner to ensure programs offered are serviced according to standards, potential risks are mitigated and revenue goals are met
• Leverage partner distribution channels for customer acquisition, engagement, growth and budget optimization
• Resolve any issues related to customer and customer experience for the Loyalty partnerships
• Handle and coordinate all monthly financials billing for the partners inducted

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent networking and relationship management skills
• Should have demonstrated a successful strategic partner association which lead to acquisitions and other incomes
• Should have worked on IT and systems implementation in CRM platforms related to partnerships
• Strong excel and presentation skills

Work Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years of work experience preferably in banking partnerships and alliances of strategic nature
• Previous experience in loyalty partnerships is a plus

Qualification

• Graduate/ post-graduate from a recognized university
