Job Overview

This position will be responsible for managing and administrating Organization’s Messaging Platform and MDM Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage entire suite of applications within Google Workspace (GWS) ecosystem (previously G Suite)
  • Experience on MS O365 administration also preferred if the background is mostly on Microsoft platform
  • Migration experience from GWS to MS O365 or vice versa preferred
  • Primary Management skills should include -
    • Strong knowledge and experience handling Google Admin console, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides and related issues or corresponding MS O365 Tools
    • Strong knowledge on Meeting and Collaboration Tools (Meet/Teams, Hangout, Classroom, Sites)
    • User & shared mailboxes, google groups provisioning and management
    • File Storage and Drive storage features
    • Understanding of mail transfer and access protocols, email security, spam, phishing and virus protection
    • Facilitate enterprise rollout of custom solutions that integrate G Suite functionality and work productivity
    • Oversee email retention activities to comply with legal records retention policies
    • Act as the single point of contact for P1 and P2 incidents, perform business impact assessments, coordinate and carryout suitable resolution involving key technical teams including Google support
    • Room and Resource calendar management
  • Knowledge of MS INTUNE or similar (AirWatch) MDM Solution
    • Deployment experience and Knowledge of MDM Basic and Advanced capabilities
    • Managing BYOD and CORPORATE devices for platforms like iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows
    • Secure corporate data on BYOD
    • Automate app distribution based on groups
    • Manage app configurations and permissions
    • Understand MDM reporting capabilities and provide analytical reports

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployment experience and sound knowledge of EMAIL Security features
  • Sound knowledge of Google Sites or MS Sharepoint like collaboration sites for information sharing
  • Experience on MS Teams
  • Working closely with IT Servicedesk to resolve all type of issues related to Email, policies, rules, filters, mailbox, security, and authentication
  • Anti-spam Management, phishing, and other security controls
  • Plan, set up, and execute data migration from either GWS to O365 or vice versa using 3rd party migration tools
  • Write technical documentation for deployed solutions that includes end-user guides and process manuals

Skills & Attributes

  • Basic API and scripting skills highly desired
  • Should have excellent organizational and communication skills and ability to prioritize key tasks and communicate with various levels of a business
  • Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to multitask and do effective Time Management
  • Good analytical skills & organizing skills is must
  • Flexible to work or stretch as per the situation

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience; similar experience in MDM solutions

Qualification

  • Engineering Graduate from a recognized university or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a recognized university
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace Certification preferred
  • ITIL foundation certified preferred
