Job Overview

Manage all aspects of company-wide payroll including statutory parts (EPF, ESI, P Tax and IT) and ensure accurate and timely compliance with statutory obligations.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of company-wide managing employee related general claim, advances, forex payment, CTC reimbursement and employee vendor reconciliation.
  • Responsible for preparation of schedule, provision and GL clearance.  

Skills & Attributes

  • Managing end- to-end employee related general claim validation, processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement and accounting
  • Forex payment - International Layover Allowance/Advances, overseas deputed employees’ payment and GSA invoice processing
  • Preparation of various Schedule, Provision and GL clearance related to employee and payroll
    • Statutory Payment - PF, ESI, P. Tax, LWF & Income Tax
    • Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Statutory Bonus, Long Term Incentive payment
    • Employee Medical Insurance (Medical, GPA, PA)
    • Salary Payable Reconciliation
    • Payroll and employee related GL Clearing and reconciled with schedule/provision
    • Employee Vendor reconciliation (advance and dues)
  • Handling Internal and External Audits on process and system
  • Responsible for ensuring all employee related policies, deployments and processes are effectively implemented
  • Employee query resolution
  • Responsible for year-end activities involving Income tax proof collections, data cleansing, Issue of Form 16
  • Effectively coordinate with treasury team for all employee and payroll related transaction upfront confirmation for proper accounting
  • Maintenance and timely updation of Concur System (Employee Claim Submission Module)

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years
  • Employee Claim, Payroll Accounting Knowledge experience in any industry

Qualification

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university
