Job Overview

Partnering with the Business Leadership team to drive People agenda/planning which underpins and supports the delivery of business goals and facilitates high levels of employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the responsible Division(s)
  • Building a strong business relationship with the internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for managing Employee Lifecycle end to end for assigned Division(s)
  • Collating the business needs and reporting to the respective HR SME Team about the same
  • Benchmark & Analyze industry data and make recommendations
  • Work on Manpower Planning & maintain tight controls on the approved headcount for the responsible Division
  • Drive Employee Engagement & manage different employee engagement and employee R&R initiatives
  • Drive Employee Engagement Action Planning & ensure closure of the action items decided for the Division(s) responsible
  • Drive Performance Management Process and create a culture of effective performance dialogues in the division(s) responsible for
  • Partner with L&D team to create a learning culture in the division(s) assigned
  • Ensure smooth employee separation process; enable exit interviews & analyse the data to formulate attrition mitigation plans
  • HR Analytics - Use HR tools and MIS for periodic reporting of HR metrices; Develop trends and flag issues on HR metrices
  • Manage investigations & closures on disciplinary cases; ensure timely actions as advised in the closures
  • Work collaboratively as a part of HR Leadership team with peers and other colleagues in HR Division to collectively drive HR agenda to make the organisation a great place to work

Work Experience

  • 12-15 years of work experience in HR domain
  • Experience of working in different HR CoE / SME verticals in addition to core experience in HR Business partnering will be an added advantage


  • Post Graduate in business management  / social work / industrial relations / human resources from a recognized university
