Job Overview

The holder of this position will be responsible to take the ownership of Direct Revenue via digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the business solutions design and drives the digital personalization & targeting strategy. Identifying development opportunities and pro-actively pursuing digital solutions to deliver best in industry, best in class digital outcomes, and metrics
  • Significant experience in handling Full Lifecycle Product Marketing activities
  • Conceptualization and Implementation of best practices in the digital space, and delivery of products and services that will provide an integrated and effective digital experience to customers.
  • Developing services delivery, achieving high aesthetic value designs, and unfailingly meeting customers’ expectations by way of valuable creative inputs through agile, ‘concept-based’ approaches
  • Performing ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimisation consultancies for clients and influencing conversion optimisation strategies with solid analytical data
  • Analyzing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel
    analysis and multi-channel attribution
  • Developing effective strategies to increase Return on Investment (ROI) via ecommerce.
  • Proven ability to plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of a specific Brand and Product
  • Efficiently tracking, gathering, and arranging data to assess current business and market trends
  • Create a test and learn culture to unlock value and drive continuous improvement within the customer experience
  • Interface and drive engagement with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical know-how to be able to work closely with technology team
  • Revenue optimization along with Pricing & Inventory Control to Maximize Revenues.
  • Competent in managing Digital Marketing task which include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Exposure to HTML, Dreamweaver, Web Analytics and Database Management

Work Experience
