Group Analyst

Job Overview

To maximize the group contribution and revenue YoY and to minimize the distress inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end process of group/series movements including quotation/PNR creation
• Follow up while dealing with Sales team, Travel agents, MICE Operators and
• Corporate   business lead and materialization
• Proactively coordinating with the relevant stakeholders to take steps to maximize revenue growth
• Assist agent for group fare quotation and confirmation for the same
• Assist Team with Group Ticketing, cancellations, refund, special assistance etc
• Assist external Team with revenue generation from group movements
• Assist in quotation for adhoc or series request in co-ordination with NRM
• Meet TAT and improvise the group contribution YoY
• Internal negotiation with RM and better coordination with other departments for handling group

Skills & Attributes

• Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems
• Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
• Networking - Facilitation & cross functional group moderation
• Mediation & Negotiation with internal departments
• 1A GDS working knowledge is must
• Strategic and analytical skills
• Good understanding of MS office and Data Management
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision

Work Experience

• 0-2 years’ experience in Airlines/agency sales
• Knowledge of Amadeus reservation system is preferable

Qualification

• Graduate from recognized university
