Job Overview

The individual will be responsible for Research & Analysis, Project Management and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Analysis:
    • Revenue Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue analysis
    • KPI Reporting: Prepare commercial reports and monitor department targets (sales targets, revenue targets, loyalty enrollments, customer satisfaction etc.)
    • Competitor Analysis: Regular benchmarking against competition
  • Project Management:
    • Business case: Prepare business case analysis for various commercial initiatives and projects
    • Project Management: Monitor the progress of commercial projects/initiatives against timelines
    • Agreements: Assist in evaluation of agreements and preparing contract summary and/or SOW
  • Ad-hoc:
    • Meetings & Minutes: Accompany and assist in preparing for meetings with various partners and department heads and responsible for minutes of the meeting
    • Presentations: Preparation of presentations and memos for senior management and board
    • Ad hoc approvals: Monitor approval requests from department heads and track against policy

Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge and experience in working on MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and experience in research and analysis, benchmarking and KPI reporting
  • Ability to understand business requirements and apply commercial knowledge appropriately
  • Ability to grasp and learn airline revenue parameters quickly (RASK/Yield/Load Factor/etc.)
  • Should be a self-starter and pro-actively work to get tasks accomplished with minimal supervision

Work Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience preferably in the Airline Industry or in an Analytical/Project Management related role

Qualification

  • Postgraduate from a recognized university
