Job Overview

The individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals. The individual should be maintaining relationship, does sales data analysis, monitoring airline performances, organizing Events, FAM trips, meeting Key/HNI flyers, making necessary recommendations to related internal stake holders on scope of expanding our reach Etc. Identifying new business opportunities and representing the organization at official functions and networking events will also be key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed Sales Targets assigned
  • Assisting & Helping team with Acquisition & Servicing of New & Existing Corporates
  • Getting New enrolments on Vistara Bridge
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking of flights with OAL
  • Creating Corporate & Trade Newsletter
  • Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans for Delhi/NCR region
  • Diversify and grow new business segments   
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports
  • Coming out with innovative ways of selling

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems and website management
  • Great Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Networking - Facilitation & cross functional group moderation
  • Mediation & Negotiation
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Work Experience

  • Minimum 6-12 years’ experience in airline sales


  • Graduate degree from a recognized university preferably with an MBA/PGDM
