Job Overview

Manager for the Crew Engagement & Services team responsible to the department head for all administrative and HR related matters for Flight Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible to the Head of Planning, Engagement & Services to lead Crew Engagement & Services team that provides administrative/engagement support to the division in the following areas:


  • Coordinating and processing Crew comments/queries on a timely basis
  • Tracking & ensuring timely issuance/renewal of crew AEPs
  • Updating of station layover information
  • Administering applicable crew payment and monetary claims
  • Ensuring related administration policies and procedures are standardized
  • Ensuring the relevant terms and conditions of staff Agreements are fully complied with
  • Ensuring the efficiency and discipline of support staff in the department and developing, motivating and appraising them
  • Drive and cultivate crew engagement, specifically affecting “Flight Crew” experience

  • Drive internal feedback mechanisms to strengthen and improve the existing processes and guidelines
  • Manage Base visits to interact with flight crew to understand and address grievances
  • Facilitate overall Crew communications and disseminate information through established channels to crew as collated from other stakeholders
  • Manage divisional accounting
  • Manage & update applicable Crew Administration Manuals and handle queries related to the same
  • Support and drive Crew hiring and induction
  • Assist with other administrative duties assigned by the department head

Skills & Attributes

  • Outgoing personality & Excellent Communication – verbal & written
  • High integrity, professionalism, and Judgement
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint & basic Excel)
  • People management skills – HR expertise preferred

Work Experience

  • Minimum 02 Years work experience
  • Aviation/Consulting background will be an ‘add on’
  • Minimum 01 year experience of report writing, and background research is preferable
  • 01 year of HR experience preferred


  • Graduate (any domain from a premier institute/university)
  • MBA in HR domain preferred
