Job Overview
Manage IT Infrastructure manager to support Enterprise and Airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to support 24*7 Internal Operations of Application Infrastructure Management including Windows server support
- Provide business support with applications including resolving issues, preparing cases, update patches, manuals, and training materials
- Liaising with various agencies like SITA, AMADEUS, International Airport Operators and monitor the daily incident management systems for mission critical applications like CUTE/ IMUSE/ BRS /APP / APIS etc.
- Monitoring and coordinating with Local Vendors at Airports.
- Coordinate with the IT System Administrator Management to resolve issue, manage applications and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with development teams to identify needs and work with network engineers, system administrators, database administrators to design application server environments
- Respond to requests received by help desk in timely manner
- Provide regular project status and estimates to the management
- The right candidate will need to stay on top of the long-term strategy as well as the operating details of his/her organization to ensure urgent tactical issues are closed and their teams are taking steps to head off customer impacting risks and issues
Skills / Attributes
- Airline Application Infrastructure & Support.
- Independent, self-motivated, team player and high willingness to learn
- Knowledge of a DCS/PSS, Preferably Amadeus
- Versed with SITA technologies like TYPE B messaging and ACARS
- Hands on experience in implementing APIS/APP/PNRGOV across International stations
- Working Knowledge of peripheral like ATB /BTP/OCR/BGR etc.

Work Experience
- 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services
Qualification
- Graduate Degree (Preferably Engg) from a recognized university
