Job Overview

We are seeking individuals with knowledge and understanding of website & mobile app development, web analytics and A/B testing solutions to plan, design, mobilize, and execute personalized user experience for online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own online projects from beginning to end — from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch, and support
  • Identify and apply insight from customer research, data analytics, market and competitor analysis, industry / product / technology trends etc.
  • Manage requirements ranging from customer problems, new features, optimizing existing features, quick wins vs strategic changes.
  • Launch new pages and microsites by translating content into the corresponding templates; Build product pages in support of new product launches and ensure all content is up to date
  • Leverage AEM, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target’s key capabilities to achieve key KPIs
  • Optimize, measure and report the performance of the customer experience on the website to understand customer journeys
  • Manage & collaborate with agencies and other vendors/partners
  • Propose both visual and technical enhancements to the CMS then review and revise page builds as new components are created
  • Lead the development and designing of new web and app features from UI/UX perspective
  • Support in targeting and customer segmentation to personalize digital campaigns jointly with the campaign management lead
  • Responsible for the ongoing day-to-day functionality and upkeep of our website, including site/ performance optimization and mobile optimization.
  • Execute best practices around the customer-use experience to drive user engagement, increased responses and an overall improved experience.
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key learnings
  • Define success criteria & metrics of new products & perform post‐implementation analysis and ongoing optimization

  • Work with IT business partners to resolve all issues and errors logged within the areas of focus
  • As part of the product team, help build the product vision and execute on the prioritised roadmap for your product area to ship features and product improvements
  • Be on top of customer feedback and obtain actionable insights into the solutions we are building
  • Measure the impact of features through KPIs.
  • Understand other complementary tools that customers use in the marketing automation space.
  • Use web analytics to generate custom reporting and dashboards
  • Be updated with market trends, and competitive products.
  • Ensure execution alignment with the strategic direction of the product


Skills & Attributes

Work Experience

  • Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe Target & Analytics is essential
  • Working knowledge of HTML and light CSS
  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience
  • Certified in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe Target & Analytics
  • Overall understanding of technologies used in the product across Mobile Apps, Web and API


  • Bachelor’s degree in Web/Interactive Development, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • B.E/B.Tech and an MBA/PG from a recognized university
