Job Overview

AEM content author with front end support Web page creation and site maintenance.

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages, while ensuring its optimal performance
Build product pages leveraging existing CMS templates Perform production activities for supporting the creation of pages in Adobe Experience Manager
Daily content management for the website and mobile app
Working as a liaison between end - users and developers on various projects. Work with the IT team and the product, campaign, and content manager to create best in class User Experience
Ensure content meets SEO standards
Maintain a consistent look and feel across all websites based on established guidelines
Creating training documentation& act as a subject matter expert in the tools and processes required to manage site content
Identify site improvement opportunities and continuously validate user experience
Work with stakeholders on design considerations, advise on best practices for the overall strategy and content plan
Additional responsibilities may include managing assets and images within the Adobe Digital Asset Manager, creating experience fragments, developing workflows, providing detailed authoring documentation
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to AEM content management, Content formatting, image renditions, live copies issues etc

Strong computer skills, including familiarity with advanced excel, Text/ code editors will be a plus
AEM Assets, AEM Sites, CRXDE, Versioning, Multilingual sites, Tagging, Live copies, Package Manager, Experience Fragments, Bulk Editor, Querybuilder
Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript, SEO, Accessibility (WCAG)
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively, both in writing and verbally
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
