Job Overview

The holder of this position will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices, and design, develop/update and deliver training programs to our cabin crew.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out training and development needs analysis
  • Develop, implement, and update training materials and e-learning modules
  • Conduct training for cabin crew and administrate LMS on the Success Factor tool
  • Liaise with external consultants in terms of course assignments, schedules, and payments
  • Support the daily administration of the training section for timely injection of trainees/online crew
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees and provide feedback at regular intervals
  • Maintain training and HR-related reports for assigned trainees
  • Support the administration of uniform, uniform accessories and transport arrangements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to manage development/issuance of job aids items used by cabin crew

  • Ability to work independently, a good leader as well as a team player
  • Attention to detail and enterprising
  • Has demonstrated a good track record in the current role and strong understanding of policies /procedures
  • Experience in planning/ conducting training is preferable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Cabin Crew out of which at least 1 year as a Senior Cabin Crew (SCC) in a Domestic Airline or minimum 5 years as online Cabin Crew in any International airline



Graduate from a recognized Education Board
