Job Overview
This is a program management & administration role and plays a pivotal role in creating a superior learning experience for training participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Management:
- Agreements: Assist in evaluation of aircraft related agreements
- Documentation: Responsible for arranging aircraft delivery/re-delivery related documentation and coordination across internal and external teams
- Lease Management: Assist Lessors throughout the lease term of the leased aircraft
- Credits Tracking: Preparing reports for credit availability and utilization across OEMs and vendors.
- Projects:
- Analytics: Ad-hoc evaluations and analysis for senior management
- Presentations: Preparation of presentations and memos for senior management
- Research: Benchmarking and research for projects
- Contracts: Review of key contracts and agreements
- Lessor initiated agreements: Coordinate for Novation/ Refinancing requests from Lessors
Skills/ Attributes
- Knowledge and experience in working on MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and experience in financial research and analysis, benchmarking and KPI reporting
- Ability to understand business requirements and apply financial knowledge appropriately
- Should be a self-starter and pro-actively work to get tasks accomplished with minimal supervision
- Relationship management with external parties such as Lessors and OEMs
Work Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience preferably in the Airline Industry or in a Finance related role
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university
Eligibility
- Must be at a level of Sr. Executive (1B) or 1 level lower than the position
- Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 months as of 16th May 2022 and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal
- Must be “confirmed’’ in service
