Job Overview
This is a program management & administration role and plays a pivotal role in creating a superior learning experience for training participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end to classroom courses / training programs over Learning Management System (LMS)
- Upload eLearning courses on LMS & assign them
- Preparation of MIS and Reports of all Learning Programs / eLearning courses conducted at Vistara for internal as well as for outsourced staff
- Support Talent Development team in facilitation & conducting courses, as well as audit and evaluation of Learning Programs
- Maintain documentation of key training data like course feedback etc
- Coordination/ Creation of Knowledge Management content for the Knowledge Management Framework
- Learning analytics & reporting using different learning data
Skills /Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Power-point - a must
- Digital acumen, ability to work on ERP like packages like LMS, mobile learning platforms
- Execution rigor & attention to details
- Customer centricity & focus on quality
- A genuine bend towards facilitating / Learning & Development & program management
- Ability to handle conflicting requirements from different stakeholders and create win-win outcomes
- Skills in managing key financial & procurement process related activities like vendor contracts, vendor payments etc.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
- Exposure in Airline Operations/Managing Training is preferred
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university. MBA/PGDM is preferred
