Job Overview

To lead end to end Customer Experience projects lifecycle in adherence to business requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining & implementing end-to-end campaign journey for different communication channels
  • Creating & maintaining reports for campaigns executed along with user activities over website using analytics tool
  • Managing/Leading all the integrations of marketing tools with Internal or 3rd party solutions
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & within budget (meeting quality standards)
  • Work closely with internal and external product and technology experts
  • Manage and coordinate the ongoing prioritization and delivery of enhancements to existing products
  • Work independently to manage tasks and timelines
  • Elicitation of requirements (Brainstorming, Document Analysis Interface Analysis, Observation, Requirements Workshops)
  • Analysis and documentation of requirements, BRD / FDD / GAP analysis
  • Creation of requirement traceability matrix (RTM) to keep a track of all the subsequent changes
  • Support business through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption


Skills & Attributes

  • Hands on experience of Marketing (Campaign, Target) automation tools like: Adobe, Salesforce, Mailchimp etc.
  • Understanding of marketing tools integrations with different applications
  • Knowledge of Customer Lifecycle Journey and strong experience of planning, orchestrating & strategizing marketing campaigns for multiple communication channels
  • Understanding of Analytics tools for performing day to day analysis on campaign performances & different modules over the website
  • Should have strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript & HTML
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to flex to meet the changing demands
  • Strong communication skills to ensure complete alignment and transparency across all areas of responsibility
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to translate complex concepts to clear, concise instructions and communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.

Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in relevant profile


  • Graduation (B-tech/B.E. in IT or similar field) from a recognized university
