Job Overview

This role in the Loyalty department at an impressive stage of growth and will support with all things Email Marketing and CRM – sending campaigns out to the millions of people on the database. Taking an innovative and yet data-driven approach, you will devise and execute a variety of campaigns to engage and retain existing members and drive enrolments. The job involves hands on working with Adobe Suite (Experience Manager, Campaign Manager, Analytics, Target), running SQL queries, analysis of CRM and other related data to inform marketing activities at every step of the customer engagement journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver data driven, customer-focused email campaigns to acquire and retain customers
  • Produce CRM campaigns – working closely with the marketing team
  • Work on segmentation projects for campaign targeting through Adobe Campaign Management while using personalization strategies to increase campaign effectiveness
  • Drive campaign and provide reports post campaign completion
  • Work on the trigger campaigns across the database for improved customer lifecycle journey
  • Check BAU email campaigns, and ensure testing, delivery, reporting and optimisation
  • Able to run SQL queries and conduct a variety of analyses, ranging from open-ended exploratory/summary projects to answering specific research questions in ongoing and ad hoc cadences
  • Have knowledge about putty and MySQL workbench and sql developer
  • Recommend best practices to improve consumer communications throughout the multi channel campaign
  • Manage and suggest best practices for social media and other channels
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet the expectations of stakeholders

Skills & Attributes

  • Experience in creating engaging email marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition, and engagement
  • Strong knowledge and hand on experience in, SQL and CRM channels (email, Push Notifications) & CRM database knowledge
  • Experience in writing and tuning SQL queries in an online or offline environment
  • Firm understanding and experience with database architecture, Microsoft Excel, and other systems and tools associated with accessing, analysing and visually presenting data to a variety of audiences
  • Should have experience on email marketing
  • Should be aware of dynamic content
  • Good to have worked on Jira board
  • Good to have knowledge about agile methodology, HTML, CSS and javascript

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience


  • Graduate from a recognized college/university
