Job Overview

To on-board new partners for Club Vistara and drive existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate Loyalty partnerships with brands to generate revenue, acquire new customers and gain strong foothold in the market
  • Execute partnership agreements at the direction of the Senior Manager of Partnerships
  • Assisting in monthly marketing plan for loyalty partnerships and managing a strong relationship with clients with effective ROI
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to define Account plans for each third-party relationship
  • Establish and maintain account plans for a select pool of partners as it relates to the performance objectives of the Loyalty & Partnerships team and wider Vistara business goals
  • Responsible for key initiatives and projects with partners from initiation to execution. Projects would include, and not restricted to, on-boarding new partners, technical integration of new partners, product development, etc.

  • Drive problem resolution with internal resources as well as the partner to ensure programs offered are serviced according to standards, potential risks are mitigated, and revenue goals are met
  • Leverage partner distribution channels for customer acquisition, engagement, growth and budget optimization
  • Resolve any issues related to customer and customer experience for the Loyalty partnerships Timely closure of all monthly financials billing for loyalty partner

Skills & Attributes

  • Should have demonstrated a successful strategic partner association which lead to acquisitions and other income
  • Should have an excellent networking and relationship management skill
  • Good to have, experience in IT and systems implementation in CRM platforms related to partnerships Strong excel and presentation skills

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years of work experience. Experience in partnerships and alliances of strategic nature is preferred



  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university
  • Previous experience in Airlines, airline alliances, hotel partnerships, co-brand partnership and loyalty partnerships


  • Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 Months as of as of date of release of IJP and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal
  • Must be “confirmed’’ in service
  • Must be at a level of Sr. Executive (1B) or one level lower in the current role
