Job Overview

The role will be part of the Taxation function, responsible for all international activities related to secretarial, taxation and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with consultant for obtaining tax opinions on the existing and proposed international operations
  • Liaising with other departments for setting up operations in international locations
  • Compilation of documents for filing with various Authorities of International location for obtaining tax and other registrations
  • Monthly/ Quarterly Direct and Indirect Tax compliances of existing and proposed international location
  • Preparing monthly MIS for status of international compliances, refunds, assessments etc
  • Regularly checking and updating for any change in law in international locations
  • Tax advices to SBU’s on taxation matters of international locations
  • Reconciling international location branch books with HO
  • Preparation of weekly report on the status of International operations
  • Collation of data and preparation of submission for filing it to the authority during assessment and ensure timely refund
  • Tax accounting and tax code creation in SAP for taxation in international locations
  • Preparing internal controls and checks for accurate and proper accounting of expense and income of International locations
  • Liaising for secretarial, legal and payroll compliances
  • Assisting in salary calculations of foreign deputed employees
  • Complete end to end managing compliances of secretarial and payroll related along with liaison, managing accounting and tax compliances
  • Review of monthly TDS working, 26AS reconciliation and Quarterly TDS return. Ensuring timely filing of Form 61A.
  • Preparation of Tax Audit Report, TP Report & CBCR. Collating details for tax assessments. Liaising with Tax consultant for timely filing of tax submission

Skills & Attributes

  • Good communication skills
  • Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, tax systems and SAP
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Work Experience

  • 0-1 years’ experience, if CA and 3-4 experience if Non CA in Income tax laws
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Chartered Accountant, MBA, B.Com (Graduate)
