Job Overview

To code/develop, deploy, and support the Java/J2EE solutions to serve the business units, Convert/translate business requirements to Java based enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with inhouse/Vendor technology team
  • Implement/develop/code the business requirements in Java/J2EE
  • Do POC to validate the solutions
  • Create Unit test cases
  • Do performance/load/security test for critical solutions
  • Own and coordinate the System/UAT
  • Work with the Technical Analyst, development team, BA’s and Vendor for Technical support

Skills & Attributes

  • Good hands-on experience in development of Java/J2EE based enterprise solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming with complete understanding of Object-Oriented principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
  • Expertise in Full Stack Java development using Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate and Maven/Gradle, RBDMS / No-SOL databases
  • Have knowledge and experience with at least one of the following frontend technologies: ReactJS or Angular2+
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Have good written and verbal English language communication skills with an ability to work effectively in professional environment
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
  • Hands-on experience on airline software solution is plus

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1+ Years of Java/J2EE development experience in IT- Airline Industry

Qualification

  • BTech/BE/MCA or equivalent Degree from a recognized university

Eligibility

  • Must be at a level of Sr. Executive (1B) or one level lower than the position
  • Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 Months as on date of release of IJP  and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal
  • Must be “confirmed’’ in service
