Job Overview

To ensure training KPI’s are adhered with, and flight deck crew are released to line in a seamless manner and in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Share Flight Crew Training footprint with Crew Roster
  • Work in close coordination with Crew Roster and Planning, Engagement and Services team to ensure timely and seamless release of crew to line in compliance with the defined Training Release KPI’s
  • Tracking the progress of crew under training on daily basis and share progress report with FCT management
  • Continuous monitoring and review of Training Release KPI’s to identify scope for enhancement
  • Initiation, Coordination and Negotiation for Training Facility and Services contracts
  • Review and Reconciliation of Airbus and Boeing Training Credits
  • Any other assignments from Reporting Manager

Skills & Attributes

  • Good communication and administration skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good understanding of numbers and statistical procedures
  • High integrity
  • Working knowledge of Aviation Resource Management System-(ARMS) preferred

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in aviation industry
  • Prior experience in data analysis preferred


  • Minimum Graduate from a recognized university
