Sr. Manager - Corporate Planning

Job Overview

To lead Aircraft purchasing and Fuel procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the optimal financial structure for the aircraft, coordinate with lessors / financiers to secure aircraft financing, manage relationship with all parties involved
• Lead the fuel procurement exercise; negotiation with fuel vendors for timely commercial closure of the annual procurement exercise, monitor monthly reports, and manage relationship with all parties involved
• Liaise with the Aircraft manufacturer and the Aircraft lessor for documentation with respect to delivery and redelivery of Aircraft
• Manage payments of Lease Rentals and Supplemental Rentals and assist in setting up Letters of Credit
• Support the team in negotiating Aircraft and Engine Agreements / LOIs, etc.
• Manage training credits, claims and other credit memorandums with OEMs and Lessors
• Negotiate and assist the Lessor, legal counsel, tax counsel, etc. with novation and other financing or re-financing transactions
• Handle the technical and commercial closure of the Aircraft RFP, prepare aircraft evaluation model, and liaison with all internal and external stakeholders
• Perform commercial due diligence as part of contract negotiation / renegotiation exercises
• Run economic evaluation for corporate development, right-sourcing and any other projects serving the business need of the company

Skills & Attributes

• Advanced financial modelling skills and proficient in MS Office
• Ability to interpret and derive meaningful results from financial statements and large data sets
• Self-starter and strong eye for detail
• Effective communication skills

Work Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience

Qualification

• Graduate from a recognized university
