Job Overview

To manage multiple projects in IT Commercial primarily related to Website and Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Project Management including large projects
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Bridging the gap between Business and Software Development teams
  • Requirement gathering and clarification
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with all the stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Work Experience

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Airline Domain , Knowledge of Airline e-comm (Functional and technical) and Agile is a plus


  • Graduation from a recognized Education Board


  • Must be at a level of Asst. Manager (1C) or 1 level lower than the position
  • Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 Months as of 28th Oct,2021 and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal
  • Must be “confirmed’’ in service
