Job Overview

Manage the overall process of Refunds & Audit – Direct and Indirect channels.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Ensure refunds - direct and indirect channels are processed within the given TAT
  • Track refunds regularly and develop processes to improve efficiency
  • Ensure direct & indirect sales, exchange and refund audits are carried out as per the agreed SLA
  • Identify potential risks beyond routine sales audit and develop mechanism to minimize revenue leakage
  • Ensure SOPs are followed both internally & externally in case of refunds & audit
  • Support Legal Deptt with revenue account related details as and when required

Stakeholder Management

  • Closely coordinate & follow up with relevant internal & external stakeholders on matters related to revenue reconciliation
  • Create SOP wherever required so as to ensure that all team members/stakeholders are aligned
  • Proactively escalate all unresolved discrepancies to reporting Manager


  • Deputize for the reporting manager whenever required
  • Ensure information accuracy and system integrity always
  • Preparation of MIS reports for management review
  • Support team during monthly closing activities

Skills & Attributes

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A team player
  • Strong written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with advance level of Excel
  • Working knowledge of refunds (full/partial/voluntary/involuntary), ADMs, ACMs, Refund Applications in BSP & ARC
  • Must be proficient in Amadeus Reservation System (Altea)

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role
  • Work experience in online refunds through payment gateways is a plus


  • Graduate degree from a recognized University
