Job Overview

The incumbent is required to drive the brand and communication strategy for Vistara. Understand the strategic pillars of the organisation and build the brand. Present brand direction to Vistara leadership with his/her strong experience in agency and team management. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall brand communication for Vistara- Brand strategy and positioning
    • Brand campaigns
    • International destination launches offline and online
    • Manage key media relationships. Media negotiations and buying – India and International
  • Driver of Vistara’s content strategy on digital media platforms
    • Arrive at social media strategy for the brand- channel wise strategy
    • Oversee day to day social media posts, recommend and run paid social campaigns
    • Responsible for Email marketing strategy for Vistara
    • Evaluate important metrics that affect our traffic from and target audience on social media and for email marketing
    • Special project - Adobe Campaign Management implementation and subsequent campaigns, Vistara blog, etc.

  • Drive Club Vistara communication – online and offline   
    • Club Vistara positioning
    • Digital presence for club Vistara – enrollment, awareness, and engagement
  • Other projects- key events, sponsorships, internal and airport branding
  • Working closely with media, brand and digital agencies.  Align agencies on the strategic direction
  • Work closely with customer research team
  • Presentation to senior management/ leadership

Work Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in marketing


  • Graduate /Postgraduate from a recognized university
