Job Overview

The Loyalty Program team works to design, maintain, and enhance all aspects of the Club Vistara program to offer the best value proposition and experience to the members across touch points. We are seeking individuals with knowledge and understanding of website & mobile app development, AEM developer, Analytics and Target solutions in order to plan, design, mobilize, and execute personalized user experience for loyalty online channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own online projects from beginning to end — from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch, and support
  • Identify and apply insight from customer research, data analytics, market and competitor analysis, industry / product / technology trends etc.
  • Manage requirements ranging from customer problems, new features, optimizing existing features, quick wins’ vs strategic changes
  • Leverage AEM, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target’s key capabilities to achieve key business KPIs
  • Optimize, measure and report the performance of the customer experience on the website to understand customer journeys
  • Propose both visual and technical enhancements to the CMS then review and revise page builds as new components are created
  • Support in targeting and customer segmentation to personalize digital campaigns jointly with the campaign management lead
  • Responsible for the ongoing day-to-day functionality and upkeep of our website, including site/ performance optimization and mobile optimization
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key learnings
  • Define success criteria & metrics of new products & perform post‐implementation analysis and ongoing optimization
  • Use web analytics to generate custom reporting and dashboards
  • Manage & collaborate with agencies and other vendors/partners
  • Be updated with market trends, and competitive products
  • Ensure execution alignment with the strategic direction of the product

Work Experience

  • 7-10 years of minimum work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience
  • Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe Target & Analytics is mandatory for this role.
  • Expert knowledge of Content Management System architecture, development and deployment.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and light CSS
  • Overall understanding of technologies used in the product across Mobile Apps, Web and API.
  • Actively use business intelligence tools in order to apply metrics- driven development based on actual user behaviors. Experience of Jira.
  • Experience conceptualizing, defining, and commercializing new product features for end users
  • Experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Web/Interactive Development, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • B.E/B.Tech and an MBA/PG from a premier institute.
  • Certified in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), Adobe Target & Analytics
