Manager-Service Delivery

Job Overview

Responsible for Service Delivery and Project Coordination of Projects/Tasks within IT Infra Dept involving inter-departmental stakeholder management, audit compliance and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that IT Infrastructure Programs Project roadmap, operational milestones and key deliverables are getting delivered within time, cost, and scope
• Help to create Project/operational schedules with INFRA Tower leads and track the progress
• Assist Infra Tower Leads with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects
• Implement best practises in ServiceDesk and IT support
• Work with Tower leads to handle critical operational and project issues as they arise with internal stakeholders (within Vistara)
• Perform Risk Management - catching and assessing any issues or risks that may arise and reporting them to the Tower Leads / Project Leads
• Able to analyse and churn data to create analytical reports and presentations
• Assist in documenting deliverables and creating summary reports for company management
• Build a strong relationship and facilitate flow of communication between IT sub depts
• Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
• Performing billing and bookkeeping tasks
• Coordinate within Dept to fulfil audit requirements of various internal and external parties
• Must understand and abide to all Information Security policies and control standards

Skills / Attributes

• IT Domain Background preferred
• Good understanding of enterprise networks and systems, consisting of Cloud and virtual computing, IT hardware and infrastructure support, EUS management, data management and security
• Good understanding of Airport IT Operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
• Excellent MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
• Manage daily activities and needs of entire team
• Ability to multitask and do effective Time Management
• Though Project Managers may step in to handle significant problems, he/she should be prepared to work through and resolve issues minimal managerial supervision

Work Experience

• Minimum 3-6 years of work experience

Qualification

• Graduated from recognized university
• A Project Management certification will be added advantage (PMRP or Prince2)
