Job Overview

To  lead end to end project life cycle , including adherence to Quality Assurance processes of IT commercial department.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project delivery & quality assurance of software projects
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & within budget (meeting quality standards)
  • Experienced in Software QA processes like Test case review, requirement coverage & tracking of test artifacts
  • Work closely with internal and external product and technology experts
  • Manage and coordinate the ongoing prioritization and delivery of enhancements to existing products
  • Work independently to manage tasks and timelines
  • Elicitation of requirements (Brainstorming, Document Analysis Interface Analysis, Observation, Requirements Workshops)
  • Analysis and documentation of requirements, BRD / FDD / GAP analysis, Preparation of Use cases and Test cases.
  • Creation of requirement traceability matrix (RTM) to keep a track of all the subsequent changes.
  • Maintain requirement backlogs and help development team with prioritizations (as per discussion with Business Team).
  • Participate in Scrums, Stand ups, pre grooming and grooming sessions, and resolve their queries of development team
  • Facilitate solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT) and maintaining the feedback from customer

  • JIRA, MS Projects, Visio, MS office tools etc. 
  • Testing skills – UAT, Black box, Greybox, test scenarios, test/use case writing
  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/ process analysis, conceptual design, change management, and support 
  • Ability to translate complex concepts to clear, concise instructions and communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.
  • In-depth knowledge of with SDLC and STLC: Agile, Waterfall, Spiral, V model, Iterative & prototype model
  • Working knowledge of a vendor customer based environment and hands on capability of vendor management
  • Business priority management
  • Strong communication skills to ensure complete alignment and transparency across all areas of responsibility
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Understanding of Airline and online travel businesses, travel content & communities

Work Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in end to end project coordination & software quality assurance
  • Airline experience is mandatory, preferably on reservation systems and e commerce


  • B.Tech. or MCA from a recognized university
