Job Overview

To lead the end-to-end IT service delivery and program management for Loyalty Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end Airline Loyalty System (Run and build both)
  • To assist business in managing Vistara’s Frequent Flyer Program ClubVistara
  • Strategic Initiatives around Loyalty Program
  • Lead the implementation of new Loyalty Management System
  • Requirement Gathering
  • Product Setup (Admin) on Loyalty Management System
  • Vendor Management
  • Team Management

Work Experience

  • 8-12 Years of experience in Airline IT. Experience in Loyalty System is a must


  • MCA, BTech, MSc IT, IT Degree or equivalent experience or appropriate certifications
  • Having PMP certification and Amadeus knowledge is a plus point. Certification on Agile Scrum/SaFe is also desired
