Job Overview

This role will be responsible for managing  relationships with Key Travel Agency Verticals. The individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals. The profile will also include developing new markets, sales data analysis, monitoring airline performances and making necessary recommendations to related internal stake holders on scope of expanding our reach. Identifying new business opportunities and representing the organization at official functions and networking events will also be  key responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed Sales Targets assigned for the year.
  • Business Development and initiatives to grow market share & revenues.
  • Tap Key Travel Agency Verticals
  • Knowledge of Competitor Activities and  analysis to secure rightful business share.
  • Benchmarking of flights & fares  with competition airlines
  • Mapping of travel agency accounts assigned to specific verticals.
  • Conduct Regular monthly , quarterly & yearly reviews and keep track of sale trends of assigned accounts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and initiatives to counter competition.
  • Conduct Presentations at Travel Agency offices.
  • Diversify and grow new Business Segments.
  • Ensure compliance, timely report submissions, grow the new travel agency acquisitions.
  • New Route Evaluation to grow network.
  • Monitor & manage Credit facility for travel agencies  to prevent defaults.
  • Ensure originating flights are profitable and monitor load factors


Skills & Attributes

  • Strong Computer Skills covering MS Office systems.
  • Great Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Networking - Facilitation & cross functional group moderation
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, Should be a good negotiator.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker

Work Experience

  • Should have at least 3-6 years of field sales experience.
  • Airlines, Hotel, & Travel Agency Sales background will be preferred.



  • Graduate from a recognized university
