Job Overview

This role will be responsible for Leading the Mumbai Trade Sales  Team and managing relationships with Key Verticals. The individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals. The profile will also include developing new agency verticals, sales data analysis, monitoring airline performances and making necessary recommendations to related internal stake holders on scope of expanding our reach. Identifying new business opportunities and representing the organization at official functions and networking events will also be additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to develop and manage Trade Agency Verticals  across Mumbai  to meet the assigned revenue targets.
  • Manage and cultivate strong working relationships with Travel Agencies  
  • Diversify and grow new business segments.
  • Build and sustain a large portfolio of productive Travel Agency accounts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports.
  • Coordinate the Trade sales strategy
  • Business Development and initiatives to grow relationships and revenue share 
  • Exceed Sales Targets assigned for the year
  • Knowledge of Competitor Activities & propose corrective action to secure rightful business share
  • Team Mapping of Travel Agency Accounts assigned

  • Good Understanding of Travel Agency Market in Mumbai
  • Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems & sales system
  • Communication Skills – verbal, written and presentation skills

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience

Qualification

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university
