Sr. Executive - Airport Infra

Job Overview

Responsible for Airport Infra, closely working with various Airport Operator IT Team. Very sound knowledge in PSS/DCS systems and integration. Project Coordination of Projects/Tasks with respective stack holder and involving interdepartmental stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Play essential and Pivot role in maintaining the OTP for Vistara by ensuring a 100 % uptime for all relevant IT systems at the International Airport(s)
• Meet/Liaison with various vendors like Airport operator, business environment to discuss and clarify for any projects, highlight day to day issues / trends of business and suggest solutions /make recommendations to address issues and prioritize the work accordingly
• Co-ordination with onsite teams and remote teams for all activates required for new station Setup from planning phase till delivery
• Liaising with various agencies like SITA, AMADEUS, International Airport Operators and monitor the daily incident management systems for mission critical applications like CUTE/IMUSE/BRS /APP/APIS etc.
• Monitoring and Coordinating with Local Vendors like at Airports
• Co-ordinate with Core IT infra team at HO for Desktop management support – Covering hardware related problems, OS, office automation software, installation and re-installation of software, Desktop OS and Patch Management. This includes network management as well
• Identify & participate in continuous improvement initiatives at the International Airport
• Willing to travel and working in shifts/odd hours (if required)

• Well Versed with CUTE / IMUSE environment
• Working Knowledge of peripheral like ATB /BTP/OCR/BGR etc
• Self – Check – in KIOSK / SBD, Mobile checking agent
• Hands on experience in implementing APIS/APP/PNRGOV across International stations
• Well Versed with Airline Process like BHS / BRS, Fight Operations control systems /Fight Planning system
• Good time management Skills & ability to work under pressure
• Versed with SITA technologies like TYPE B messaging, ACARS and System like Graflite

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Aviation background is preferred

Qualification

• Graduate preferably Engineering from a recognized university
