Job Overview

The individual will be responsible for acquiring new agencies and managing relationships with Key partners and Implants. The Individual will ensure achievement of revenue targets and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed Sales Targets assigned
  • Tab Key Travel Agency and Corporate vertical
  • Capable of ​managing multiple stations/ cities, outstation domestic travel
  • Manage yield/ loads along with RM for the flights assigned
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking of flights with OAL
  • Manage credit liability of assigned trade accounts
  • Manage and cultivate strong working relationship with Corporate and Trade
  • Diversify and grow new business segments
  • Prepare regular sales reports and ensure timely submission
  • Conduct webinars/ presentations/ roadshow at corporate offices
  • Ensure compliance, grow Corporate & new Travel agency acquisitions   
  • Meeting with CXOs/ HNI/ CV Platinum / Gold members

  • Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems and website management
  • Great Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • GDS knowledge – 1A or 1G

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in Airline sales

Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognized university

Eligibility

  • Must be at a level of Sr. Executive (1B) or one level lower in the current role
  • Minimum tenure in the current role and level – 18 Months as of as of date of release of IJP and must have attained minimum performance rating of GP3 in the last appraisal
  • Must be “confirmed’’ in service
