Job Overview

To be responsible for Vistara’s communication on the digital platforms (covering social media, email marketing and website/app)

Key Responsibilities

  Social Media Marketing

  • Custodian of Vistara’s social media content strategy
  • Manage and execute all Social Media campaigns, promotions and day-to-day activities
  • Manage Social/Digital Agency and work closely with them to create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
  • Compile report for management showing results (ROI) and competition track
  • Work in collaboration with the ORM team to find synergies
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Drive and monitor UGC. Report notable threats to appropriate management

 

Influencer/Outreach Strategy

  • Develop and expand community and blogger/influencer outreach efforts
  • Manage and execute influencer campaigns
  • Report effectiveness and improvise

 

Emailer Marketing

  •  
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing, including design coordination, executing, and reporting
  • One-point contact for email marketing agency and vendor/partner

 

Website and other owned assets

  •  
  • Conceptualize, design, adapt campaigns for owned assets, such as website and app
  • Coordinate with content writer and designers for daily website content updation
  • Conceive strategy for Vistara’s Blog, and work closely with the in-house content writer to develop a renowned platform

 

Executing and measuring performance of campaigns executed through Adobe Marketing Cloud- Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager

 

Skills & Attributes

  • Brand Ideation : Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples)
  • Content Marketing: Proficient in content marketing theory and application
  • Social Media Junkie: Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their features, advantages, disadvantages
  • Content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management
  • A flair for writing is a definite advantage. Maintains excellent language skills, along with attention to detail
  • Glued into Current Trends/News

  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound

  • Influencer Marketing: Defining the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives

Work Experience

  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in social media domain ideally within the travel and hospitality sector 

Qualification

  • Graduate degree from a recognized university
  • Post-graduation in Management/Travel/Hospitality
