Job Overview

The holder of this position will be required to create and present insightful analysis on crew productivity, availability, and utilization by liaising with various stakeholders (like HR, FCT, NPD and CPD), to assist the Flight Operations management for robust decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update & enhance the ‘Flight Operations Manpower Planning (FOMP)’ model for Flight Crew in a time bound manner
  • Tabulate & Analyse crew productivity, availability, and utilisation as part of a monthly dashboard
  • Perform gap analysis (plan versus actual) and make insightful recommendations
  • Liaison with IT to drive key automation projects related to the core objectives of the role
  • Identify & participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the department
  • Occasionally assist with ad hoc tasks / projects / reports as required from time to time
  • Make strategic decision-making recommendations and directly work with FLTOPS senior management

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years of work experience
  • Previous experience as an Analyst preferred
