Job Overview

The holder of this position will be responsible for Planning training recencies and currencies of all pilots across simulator and line training.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning of simulator schedule from covering the regulatory training and checks and the Non-type and upgrades
• Liaising with the external vendor on the simulator slots needed
• Tracking DE, TRI and the LTC qualifications
• Planning Base trainings
• Leave tracking for trainers and the under-trainee pilots
• Training related Invoice preparation and submissions

Skills & Attributes

• Good level of proficiency in spoken and written English
• Good Team Player
• Strong IT skills including MS Office applications

Work Experience

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Training planning/ scheduling of Cockpit Crew preferred

Qualification

• Graduate from a recognized university
