Job Overview

The role entails handling end to end system requirements for the cargo department. It will envolve, coordinating with various stack holders to ensure overall smooth functioning of system and timely resolution of issues arising,Keep focus on product & should have process knowledge also should be able to manage end user escalations and to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • He/She will work as a part of highly focused team
  • Lead the team and work closely with business users
  • Sound knowledge of IT – incident, problem and change
  • Handle, coach and mentor an outsourced team to end users
  • Act as the bridge between various teams to ensure smooth consideration of system related updates & change requirements

Work Experience

  • 10 – 12 years’ experience of Cargo IT, Sales, Reservations and operation/Handling


  • Graduate / Post Graduate from recognized University
