Job Overview

The candidate is expected to own and drive all forms of marketing for the Club Vistara program to drive engagement retention and growth from the program members across various stages of their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Key program KPIs such as member activity ratio, enrollments, and contribution through marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Planning and executing all marketing and communication activities for the Club Vistara members
  • Strategizing and planning innovative campaigns across the customer journey
  • To generate insights through analytics from customer data to help acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Taking charge of the marketing automation cloud specifically the Adobe campaign and analytics module for Club Vistara
  • Manage and lead IT developments related to the marketing automation product and other IT enhancements related to marcom
  • Execute and manage BTL activations, exclusive events and ATL activities for the program
  • Team management and efficient utilization of resources and agencies
  • To effectively manage the budget allotted for marketing and preparing the budget plan
  • Periodic reports and dashboards for program health

Skills & Attributes

  • Hands on experience in adobe marketing automation tools like ACM/ Adobe analytics and AEM
  • Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems website management and SQL knowledge
  • Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Understanding of conventional and new channels of marketing
  • Ability to work without supervision. Agency Handling experience
  • High IQ and knack of solving problems innovatively

Work Experience

  • Agency Handling experience
  • 8 - 9 years’ experience in Hospitality/ Airlines/ CRM/ Digital Marketing/ OTA’s


  • Graduate from a recognized university. Post Graduate degree in Management is preferred
